Refund policy
We hope you love our jewellery just as much as us but if you are not happy with your purchase please contact us to arrange a return.
You will receive an email from us that will state the postal address you need to return the item to and you will need to send the return to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend using a tracked postage service and to keep your receipt until your refund has been processed. Gold Lunar are not responsible for the cost to return or any returns parcels lost in transit.

All items must be returned, unused, unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Any items that are received back which are not in a resaleable condition will be returned to you minus the refund and you will be charged the cost of the return postage back to you.

Earrings are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

All items bought in the sample sale are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Free gifts sent in conjunction with your purchase will need to be returned along with the original item. If the free gift is not returned, we will deduct from the refunded amount the retail price of the free gift.

Any postage and/or gift wrapping fee is not refunded if the items are returned.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt (minus the shipping fee) and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method.
If in the unfortunate event your item is faulty, please email us at info@goldlunarjewellery.com as soon as possible and we will arrange for an exchange once your faulty item is returned back.
