Shipping policy

All deliveries are dispatched within 1-2 working days via Royal Mail and sent using a tracked service. 

​The correct and full address for all UK and International deliveries is the sole responsibility of the customer. Any incomplete addresses are not the responsibility of Gold Lunar and consequently if your order does not arrive because of this, Gold Lunar is not held responsible for refunding or replacing orders. If because of this your order is returned to us then a refund will be given minus the cost of postage paid by Gold Lunar.

Gold Lunar are not responsible for parcels once the tracking updates as delivered or attempted delivery - from this point it is the customer's responsibility for arranging collection or re-delivery.

​If you are selecting next day delivery as your shipping option at the check out, please order before 1pm for orders to be delivered the next day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day for next day delivery.

For international delivery all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
