This warranty covers any faults in the materials or manufacturing of your jewellery. If you experience an issue related to craftsmanship within two years of purchase, we’ll happily repair or replace your piece.

Please note: this warranty does not cover re-plating, general wear and tear, accidental damage, or tarnishing caused by improper care. To keep your jewellery looking its best:
• Avoid water, perfumes and lotions
• Gently polish with a soft cloth
• Store in your Gold Lunar box when not worn

The majority of our jewellery is crafted using recycled brass by suppliers who are regularly audited, many of whom are members of the Responsible Jewellery Council.

We package and deliver everything using FSC recycled materials that can either be reused or recycled by our customers too.
