Gold Lunar Privé is a paid annual membership offering exclusive benefits to participating customers. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms below.

Membership Fee & Duration

• The annual membership fee is £95, payable in full at time of purchase.

• Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Memberships will auto-renew; you can cancel any time before your membership ends.

• The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Member Benefits

As a Gold Lunar Privé Member, you will receive:

• The ability to submit private offers on any eligible product, year-round.

• An exclusive welcome gift included with your first order placed once your paid membership activates, after your free trial.

• A birthday reward of 50% off one full-price item, valid for 14 days once a year.

• Early access to product launches, seasonal sales, and archive collections.

• Member-only promotions, styling edits, and exclusive access to one-off or unreleased pieces throughout the year.

Gold Lunar reserves the right to add or adjust benefits at any time.

How it works - Request Privé Price

• Offers can be submitted on any eligible product while logged into your member account.

• A “Request Privé Price” button will appear on product pages for members only.

• All offers are reviewed personally and manually. We aim to respond via email within 24 hours.

• We may accept, decline, or provide a counter-offer.

• If accepted, you will receive a private checkout link valid for 48 hours.

• If not completed within this time, the offer will expire and the product will be made available to others.

• Submitting an offer does not reserve the item. Stock may sell out prior to acceptance.

• Offers cannot be combined with discount codes unless explicitly stated.

• Offer values are exclusive of shipping and taxes unless otherwise confirmed. Final pricing will be visible at checkout.

• This feature is designed to offer a personalised, flexible shopping experience, not a guarantee of a specific discounted amount or availability.

Offer Discretion & Subjectivity

• All offer decisions are made at Gold Lunar’s sole discretion.

• We are under no obligation to justify or explain why an offer is accepted or declined.

• Outcomes may vary even for the same item and offer amount, due to timing, stock, membership history, or other internal factors.

• Offers are treated as private and case-by-case, not a public or matched pricing system.

Limitations & Exclusions

• Membership benefits do not apply to gift cards.

• One exclusive welcome gift is included with your first jewellery order placed once your paid membership activates, after your free trial.

• This gift is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

• Limit of one gift per membership.

Birthday Treat

• Members will receive a Privé price of 50% off one item at the time of their birthday, valid for 14 days, once a year.
  

• Birthday rewards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Returns on Member's Orders

• Standard Return Policy applies which can be found here. 

• Welcome gifts are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customer Eligibility

• Memberships are linked to your customer account.

• Benefits are only accessible when logged into the account used to purchase the membership.

• Memberships may not be shared or transferred. Gold Lunar reserves the right to revoke access for misuse or suspected fraud.

Confidentiality of Offers

• Accepted offers are considered private between the member and Gold Lunar.

• We kindly ask that you do not share negotiated pricing publicly or with others.

Member Behaviour & Fair Use

• Gold Lunar Privé is intended to offer an enhanced, respectful, and considered shopping experience.
• Submitting repeated excessively low or spam offers, or using multiple accounts to access membership privileges, may result in revoked offer access or cancellation of membership without refund.
• Gold Lunar reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in any case of misuse, abuse, or behaviour inconsistent with the intended spirit of the membership.

Gold Lunar may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be shared with active members via email and published on our website.
